Infrared Motion Controller for your 1U Eurorack Row

The KMNDR is an infra-red motion controller. With an even smaller form factor, it is de- signed to seamlessly integrate into your mo- dular setup. Gestural control of your sounds is now possible with minimal space usage.

START >>> Power up
the module with the included 10-pin ribbon cable. Be careful to match the red stripe to the -12V rail.

USAGE >>>The KMNDR reacts to motion in front of the module. The two mysteriously lit LEDs emit IR light, the sensor diode in the middle receives the reflected light. Different surfaces create different responses, just play around and find your ideal setup!

OUTPUTS >>> outputs a continous voltage corresponding to the reflected light, maximum 10V. Proximity to the sensor translates into higher voltages. (gate) output delivers a 10V gate signal as the CV output goes beyond 1.3V.
